Let’s be real people. I’ve got a full-time job. I’m a busy lady. I don’t have a lot of time to piddle around with D.I.Y. projects. If you do have time to piddle, more power to ya, but I sure as hell don’t have enough time to make 1,000 paper swans for our wedding. So, I’m sharing with you all the easy D.I.Y. tips I find across the inter-webs in a series I’m calling K.I.S.S. Or KEEP IT SIMPLE, STUPID! I’ve even tried some of these tips out, so you know they work!

• Frangelico Frappucino Cocktails — perfect for a bridal shower brunch. I made these last Sunday and they were super delicious. George and I were tipsy and caffeinated!

And if you didn’t get enough sugar from the cocktails, this recipe for flour-less peanut butter and jelly cookies is fabulous! I didn’t have any jelly, so I threw a square of dark chocolate in the center of the cookie… AH-MAZING. And so simple. The cookies take maybe 5 minutes of prep time.

I like my cookies massive and ugly!

And finally, I must share this wedding featured on Rock ‘n Roll Bride shot by Live It Out Photography. The couple planned the wedding in 2 weeks! 2 WEEKS! And it is super adorable. The bride wore a Forever 21 dress and they got married at an orchard. It doesn’t get easier and cuter than that!
