    This is so inspiring! I’m so happy to have found you on Apartment Therapy today. My partner and I are planning our tiny house life and still a while out as of now but this seems like such an affordable and beautiful starting point. I live in Asheville, NC and was wondering how the summers are for you. Do you have any kind of AC? Sorry if that’s a silly question or you’ve already answered it somewhere. We have two small dogs to take into consideration and I don’t want anyone melting. Anyway, off to devour your lovely blog! 🙂

      Carrie, we do have AC. It’s a rooftop unit. It actually just broke and we had to get a temporary floor unit– it isn’t as efficient so we’re going to eventually fix the rooftop unit. We have a small dog too so I want her to be comfortable. When we were fixing up the Airstream we didn’t run the AC because we were painting or building and it wouldn’t be very energy efficient. P.S. I love Asheville!
